This Privacy Policy describes how Braynix ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. Braynix is a collection of casual mini-games (Twin Snap, Find Cards, Diamond Catch, Guess Me!, Arrow Rush, Hit the Grid, Chess, Sudoku, Memory Sequence, Digi Dash, Word Shuffle, and Score Up) available on Google Play.

We built Braynix to be simple and respectful of your privacy. Please read this policy carefully to understand what information is (and isn't) involved when you play.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Braynix does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other personally identifiable information.

Braynix does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location at any time. The App does not request any of these permissions.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

To make the App work smoothly, Braynix stores a small amount of information locally on your own device only, using standard browser/device storage. This information is never transmitted to us or to any server we control. It includes:

High scores and best-score records for each game
Sound and volume preferences (e.g., whether you've muted the app or adjusted the volume)
Your last-played game, so the app can resume smoothly

This data stays on your device and is automatically removed if you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage from your device settings.

3. Notifications

Braynix may send you occasional local reminder notifications (for example, encouraging you to come back and play). These notifications are scheduled and generated entirely on your own device using Android's built-in alarm and notification system. No personal data, usage statistics, or information about you is sent anywhere to generate these reminders.

You can disable these notifications at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → Braynix → Notifications.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Braynix is a free app supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (a service provided by Google) to display banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads, and optional rewarded video ads (for example, to earn extra lives in some games).

To deliver and personalize ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain technical information through their own SDK, which can include:

Your device's advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
General device information (device type, operating system version)
Approximate location derived from your IP address
App usage information relevant to ad delivery (e.g., which ads were shown or clicked)

This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's own privacy and advertising policies. We encourage you to review:

You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on most Android devices).

5. Children's Privacy

Braynix is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because Braynix uses Google AdMob for advertising, and AdMob's standard ad-serving may not be appropriate for child-directed content, we do not knowingly market this app as child-directed under Google Play's Families Policy or COPPA.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information (noting again that Braynix does not request or store any personal information at all), please contact us using the details below so we can look into it.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to third parties. The only data-sharing that occurs is the automatic, technical ad-related data collection by Google AdMob described in Section 4 above, which happens directly between your device and Google — we do not receive, store, or have access to this data ourselves.

7. Data Security

Since Braynix does not collect or store personal information on any server we operate, there is no central database of user data to protect. Any information stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security.

8. Third-Party Links

Braynix may contain links or prompts (such as a "Share" feature) that direct you to third-party platforms (like your device's messaging apps or Google Play Store). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in the App's features or in applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
